To begin, you will need to have the following:

Microphone model SKU of each microphone

Serial number for each microphone

Date code for each microphone
The microphone information including your microphone model number, serial number and date code are located on the back of your Revolabs microphone.
For HD Microphones: HD Microphones must be on the same version of HD firwmare as the HD Receiver Base they are paired to. Replacement HD microphones are normally shipped with the latest version of HD firmware, if you require a specific version of HD firmware on your replacement microphone(s) please list this version in the Questions/Comments field provided.
